bathroom floor had not been mopped in probably a very long time. I cleaned it with our only washcloth. Parking lot was not cleared of snow and ice meaning walking on it was treacherous at times. Otherwise, we really liked it.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was by far the messiest and most disappointing experience I've ever had. First off, the place wasn't clean at all—there was no vacuuming, and the smell throughout the hotel was unbearable. The customer service was also extremely rude and unhelpful. One of the most frustrating things was their parking policy. Most hotels offer free parking, but this place tries to scam you. They told me that parking is free if you book in person, but if you book through Expedia, it costs $20. However, when I checked their website, it said parking was $15. To make matters worse, they still charged me $20 per night for parking, even though I booked through their website! Tv not working I ask them to come and fix it they didn’t come at all…!!! Lastly, despite their "no smoking" policy in the hallways, there was a strong smell of cigarettes everywhere. It was really off-putting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It's overpriced, poorly managed, and not at all what I expected

Very convenient to everything you need from eating and shopping. You can walk to everything. The only thing I did not like is paying for parking. I love the hotel.

Our stay was good for the fact we went for new years weren’t really in the room so didn’t bother us *a whole lot* it was quiet and peaceful truly had a good time! Only down fall spending $20 a night for parking and the floor around the whole room looked like it’s never been cleaned there was a puke stain or a stain of some sort by the bed body hair and hair all on the bathroom floor behind the door never looked like it’s been clean objects were dusty in the room, we witnessed a couple come in and then they brought there belongings right back out and left the state of our room truly wasn’t that bad to leave over but wouldn’t be something I’d be willing to spend time in that’s forsure! Room 215!

We had issues with our key, we had to stay in our room or we would get locked out for the first night. Washroom doesn’t even have mirror and washroom sink is outside of washroom. Screws on the floor etc in the room, they transferred us to a new room in the morning and the place was even smaller than the last room. Talked to mgmt. multiple times said they couldn’t do nothing. Even offered to pay the upgrade for a better room and they denied said it wasn't available. When I asked the worker at night he told me it was available all afternoon but I would have to pay full price. Horrible service wanted a refund.
