Great Place, Lots of Room & Close to the Falls!

We offer well appointed surroundings. Not just with the interior of the home, but with the exterior as well. We have for you a place to relax, chat with family and a safe and comfortable place to enjoy. The inside offers you a lounge with sofas and a TV. we can host up to 6 people very comfortably with 3 full 4 pc bathrooms.
Each of the 3 bedrooms have only 1 bed each. Two queens and a Double (Just shy of a Queen). Our exterior has a BBQ and a patio set just for our guests.
The space
"Our property is a relaxing way to spend time with your family". "We can accept up to 6 family and friends to stay in our beautiful unit". "A very deep 1/2 acre property with private patio set, BBQ and fire bowl out back, Comfortable inside and relaxing and private out. Where in any City can you get such a large outdoor space to relax in?? We provide an assortment of Kids toys and even water sprinklers for not just the kids.. but for everyone to have fun with!

The upper floor of a vacation home that has 3 areas to sleep. Two bedrooms each with a Queen bed. Rear bedroom has a double bed (Just shy of a Queen). Sleeps 6 comfortably. Three full-size 4-piece bathrooms and all on one level.
Guest access
This is located on the second floor of a home and is separate, private and secure. The entrance is from the driveway and well lite and has a Self Check-in keypad entry system. We the owners live on the main floor.its just myself Mark, my wife Monica and our son Joseph. The house is really two homes, fire separation and soundproofing. We have enjoyed this arrangement as our guests do as well. Our guests are happy we are close by for help, advice and assistance. We provide total privacy for you. It has worked for the past 15 years as we respect our guests time here.
Other things to note:
You will be 1.5 KM or 1 mile to the Falls, a beautiful walk in summer as well in winter and is in essence a straight line from the house to there and back. You cannot get lost!

Excellent apartment in great location

Our family of four stayed very comfortably in Mark's apartment - he was a wonderful host and made sure every detail was paid attention to. This cute place is in a safe, quiet area and walkable to the falls. It's also very easy to access town and other attractions via car. We spent an enjoyable three nights here and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend it.

Great winter escape!

Our stay was wonderful! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat. We truly appreciated Mark’s thoughtfulness in providing supplies for breakfast, which was a great convenience and a lovely touch. Additionally, the umbrellas provided during the rainy days were a lifesaver and showed Mark’s attention to detail and care for their guests’ comfort. While the property listing was slightly inaccurate regarding the number of bedrooms, it wasn’t an issue since our girls enjoy sharing a room. I would suggest it is updated to 2bed/2bath for future reference.Thank you for an excellent stay!

Eras Tour Pit Stop

Thank you to Mark and Monica for letting us enjoy our Eras Tour weekend in their house! House was clean and comfortable, and Mark is very responsive. Our only note is that the kitchen is no longer a full kitchen (no stove/oven), but they did add a double cooktop in lieu. Thanks for everything!

We absolutely loved it. The place was clean, nicely decorated, great location, the host was very welcoming & kind. It was quiet but close enough to the falls where we were able to use the bus line to get around not having to worry about parking. Fun place to explore. We highly recommend it.

The home is gorgeous, super clean and sanitary! Location is perfectly nestled across from Niagara River and US. WeGo transportation was conveniently located a few steps away. Mark and Monica were extremely accommodating. The home had everything we needed!

Great space after a day of sightseeing

Rooms set up well for privacy after a day together sightseeing. 1-2 mile walk to the attractions. Kitchen & dining area in the middle & bedrooms off to the sides with spacious bathrooms. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Fantastic Home with Fantastic Host!

We had a great time in Niagara Falls. Mark’s house is in a great location, just a few steps from the bus stop or a small hike to Falls. Monica and Mike were fantastic host! They met us upon arrival and showed us the house. They were pleasant to visit with every time they were around, and gave great advice for our week. Their house is beautiful and well kept.

Pleasant stay

We had a nice stay at this property. Owners are super nice and responsive. Great location, safe neighborhood. Very clean space. It’s worth mentioning, the master bed is VERY firm. We aren’t used to that type of firmness. Other than that, it was perfect for our family. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Memories

This is a great property! We took our 3 grandkids (15, 15, 10) for a week to Niagara Falls and the location was perfect. Everyone had their own room. Kitchen is small, but was ideal for us: breakfast everyday and dinner in 5 of the 6 nights (grilled steaks on the BBQ one night). Mark is a terrific host. He is adding a covered patio with pizza oven and large grill to his list of amenities. Highly recommend, we would return.

Super Clean!

This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The bathrooms have great water pressure and are very clean. We appreciated having breakfast food available to us in the morning. Easy walk to the falls, but also right by the bus stop if needed. We got excellent suggestions for local restaurants from the host. It was super convenient to park our car right in the driveway and use it to get around if we wanted to. We prefer to live like a local and not like a tourist when we visit a new place, and this house was perfect.

A Wonderful Oasis

This home is an oasis, perfectly located away from the noise of the tourist area, but is close enough to be there in minutes. It is a one minute walk from the WeGo bus stop which is a great way to get around the Niagara Falls area. The house is clean and well stock with what you'll need for a great stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch as we enjoyed the beautiful landscaping. You can see the mist from the Falls all day, Fireworks at night, and look across the river at the state of New York from the front porch. Be sure to ask Mark for advice on where to eat and what to see. He was very helpful on making our first vacation out of the U.S. a wonderful trip.

Family Outing to Niagra Falls

This property worked great for our family!! Really appreciated the 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed the front porch space as well as the backyard. And it was a beautiful walk to the Falls!!
