"We had such a great experience here! Joseph was so gracious and responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay great. His place is so cute with a mix of whimsical and really convenient touches. Our dog loved the yard, too! The neighborhood is gorgeous, too. We wished we had more time to explore the area and to take advantage of all the house has to offer. "

"Great, cozy property with beautiful views of the trees, community and osprey. Three bedrooms and sleeping space near the kitchen had great views. House includes a rec room with adjoining twin bed room on the lowest level, which we were looking forward to using but couldn’t because the area was wasn’t heated. Otherwise, wonderful house for all family members!"

"My husband and I enjoyed two relaxing weeks at Giant’s Neck. The weather was perfect for mid September and the accommodations were outstanding. The view overlooking the bay is breathtaking early in the morning with coffee on the deck and sunsets are equally as breathtaking in the evening on the deck with a glass of wine. We enjoyed leisurely walking the neighborhood as well as the Assoication beach and Rocky Neck. What a great location to recharge and reconnect. We look forward to next...
