Apartment with a fabulous terrace overlooking the sea

My apartment is part of the tourist complex "Marina Baie des Anges" whose construction lasted 25 years, from 1969 to 1993. Four giant pyramids with suggestive names (Amiral, Baronet, Commodore and Ducal) - surrounded by gardens - which evoke immense white sails and which frame a delightful marina. Located on the third floor of the Ducal, my house is composed of a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (for two people), a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet, bidet and sink and another bathroom with a large shower Italian style and with a large washbasin cabinet. Both the living room and the bedroom overlook a habitable terrace with a mini roof garden and a superb view of the port, the sea and the large shared garden. The terrace is completed by a table and relative chairs and deck chairs. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi. Nearby there is a bus and train stop. The port of Villeneuve Loubet Plage boasts a wide range of activities: a small supermarket, numerous clothes shops, restaurants, bistros, bars and wine bars and much more. Not far from the pharmacy and an outdoor swimming pool on the sea also served by a comfortable restaurant. The house is a few meters from the port and the beaches are within easy walking distance. A seaside promenade starts from the port which runs along the beach and reaches Cagne sur Mar. On the coast there are water activities, a sailing school, a bowling green and many free beaches equipped with showers and, for those who wish, comfortable bathrooms with deck chairs, umbrellas and adjoining restaurant. Further inland are two protected natural parks and the ancient medieval village of Villeneuve Loubet. Villeneuve Loubet is also the starting point of the tourist circuit which combines with safe and continuous cycle paths that touch (more than 20 km) Antibes , Villeneuve Loubet Plage and Village , Cagnes sur Mar and as far as Nice.
