Great Stay in Nice!
We had an awesome stay here in Nice! Host was awesome and the property was so clean and cute! View from the place was unreal, would definitely stay here again. The tram is super close to property and very easy to get to the main town. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Nice, France!

Great Property
Very clean, spacious, water front with a balcony and a large full length windows that can be opened to allow enjoyment of the sea breezes. Also very close to public transit. What more could you ask for. A wonderful stay!

Nice and Monaco holiday
We came for a few days to enjoy Nice and see a few trial races for the Grand Prix in Monaco. The public transportation was very easy to navigate and the train to Monaco was quick to figure out as well. The apartment was a perfect landing place and the tram stops on the block next to it. It was clean and comfy. We had a great time!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is beautifully renovated, modern and clean. The view of the beach was amazing and we spent most evenings sitting on the balcony. Within walking distance there were a couple of cafes but choices were pretty limited. Luckily the tram was very close by and it was a quick journey into the city.

Amazing Apartment
We really loved it. The view was so beautiful, we enjoyed our morning coffees out on the balcony facing the sea with warm and soft sunrays. The beds were comfortable and the apartment overall was super clean. The location was also really good, we could reach the city, the airport and the railwaystation in a couple of minutes with the tram. I would 100% choose this Apartment again.

The apartment was clean, well furnished and a delightful location! Recently renovated and I can’t wait to go back! The property management was quick to show up with the keys and for check out! We sat on the balcony for hours and looked at the water! Two great beach clubs nearby to rent chairs and swim

We really enjoyed our visit and stay at this property in Nice. Very clean with new appliances. Great location across the beach. We were able to watch the fireworks from the living room. Simon explained what we needed to know. Will definitely come back to this property.

Amazing beachfront stay!
The apartment was incredible and the view was magic. The neighborhood was walkable and had lots of cafes, shops, etc. The apartment was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy! Our host was extremely accommodating. I couldn’t recommend staying here more, the apartment was better than we could have imagined. Thank you for an incredible stay!! Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment!
We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. Check-in and out were both smooth and we were lucky that the owner was able to accommodate our early arrival in Nice. The neighborhood was quiet but very well situated to access all the wonderful things Nice has to offer by foot or tramway. AC throughout was much appreciated during the heat wave. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay again!

Perfect spot in Nice
The apartment had everything we needed. The location was fantastic...able to have morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony directly across from the sea. There were plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance, and the tramway directly behind the apartment. Parking isn't ideal, but still better than Marseille

Great Location and New Condo
Had a great 3 nights stay at this unit it was a great central location with easy access to Cannes and Monaco. Unit was clean but bathroom and shower could have been a little cleaner and some instructions were only in French but Mirielle did her best to translate. Easy access from tram station but not many restaurants nearby. Are is nice and quiet not very touristy which made for a great nights sleep.

Nice apartment, great view, quirks to know
We enjoyed our stay, especially the view. The WC is small - taller folks may have difficulty. Also it is in a separate room from the sink and shower. The elevator is small but works well. The kitchen and bath are modern and very nice. Air conditioning works well. The view is spectacular!

Beautiful and well-appointed apartment on Promenade des Anglais
This apartment is newly renovated to the highest standards and carefully restored to preserve the bones of this beautiful late 19th/early 20th century building. Stunning ceilings and plasterwork, new herringbone wood floors, modern kitchen and bathroom with all the conveniences. All the windows are soundproofed and the remote controlled blinds in the master, and blackout shades in the 2nd bedroom, ensure a fully darkened space for sleeping. Flat is on the 5th floor but there is a lift! View of the beach and sea is absolutely stunning. Across the promenade there is a public beach but one can also use the Radisson Hotel beach club; we did for one day, was great. Tram 1&2 to either city center or Airport are very close by. Encourage you to book it!

Excellent apartment with beautiful views
Everything seemed brand new in this apartment — appliances, furniture, beds. Very comfortable. Nice touches with the extra coffee pods and washer pods. And the view from the balcony was spectacular. Just a minute walk to the beach. We would’ve rented the bikes located across the street if we had more time. The little grocery store right around the corner was excellent for fresh fruit and pastries in the mornings. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We all loved, loved, loved this place!!

Lovely apartment in great location
This is a beautiful, modern, very clean apartment in a really great location on the Promenade del Anglais. With the tram stop of Fabron just 3 minutes walk away, it is perfect both for getting to and from the airport and also into the centre of Nice in just 10 minutes. The apartment is 5th floor (with a lift) which gives fantastic, unobstructed views out to sea and across the bay to Nice from the balcony. Also, with a quiet beach just across the road, it really was a perfect location for us. The apartment feels like it has been recently renovated and is spotlessly clean. Kitchen is very well equipped, beds are comfortable and shower is powerful. Communication was great with the host and we were able to meet easily upon arrival. A perfect apartment for us for a really great holiday in Nice.

Lovely
Waking up every morning to gorgeous views of the sun rising over the Mediterranean...wonderful! We loved the location -- super close to trams and buses but far enough away from the heart of the touristy areas. Very clean and modern, we would stay here again if we came back. Minor things to mention: -No clothes dryer -Main bathroom is great but toilet is in separate tiny room -Would have liked more towels -Low supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, etc.) -Worst corkscrew / wine opener I've ever used -Very old small elevator As you can see, these are very small things. Mireille was a wonderful host, very helpful with check-in and check-out. If beachfront/oceanview is important to you like it is to us, you will LOVE this place!
