"We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. The manager and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Took us forever to find the hotel. The address was taking us to a different location nearby. There’s no signs or names written out anywhere to be able to see anything. Shower head was broken, bathroom was just dirty in general. Air conditioner did not have the right remote. "The house were quaint and traditional. The shower room was awful and there was a rusty nail sticking out the floor which was dangerous. If a little bit of consideration was taken to improve these facilities the accommodation would have been lovely.
