Only concern was the AC was not strong enough and can only be turned on when the key is in the slot - therefore can't be cooled for your return to the room (needed on 40 degree days!). "As described. Lovely villa with a boat. Easy comms with host who couldn’t be more accommodating. check in and check out was seamless. The villa is lovely on the inside with good bedding and amenities. It was nice to have a bed and sheet change mode week. The outdoor area is shaded by several mature trees and palms and I can see these being a godsend in August. The pool drifts over the view of the sea and boat dock. I would highly recommended. Only minor observation is the bbq has seen better...
