"I stayed here with friends while we celebrated our 50th birthdays. The location is perfect. There is plenty to do and see in walking distance. Everything else is an easy drive from this location. The house and guest cottage are well appointed and very clean, modern and new. The I kubissie we ran into were some electrical issues with the hot water heater for the guest house and outdoor lights. The management team was extremely responsive even after hours. "

"We came into Austin for the Interpol Concert. The hotel was conveniently located right down Red River to the Moody amphitheater, so walking by was a great option to the concert and to restaurants and clubs in the area. Very comfortable and somewhat quiet. The clubs in the area are loud and play Late into the night, so it’s not a knock on the Hotel (they do provide ear plugs). We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Austin. "
