The exclusive and very quiet 'ART-City-Studio Kassel 4' is in a top location on the eastern outskirts of Kassel with a magnificent view over the Fulda meadows to Kassel's landmark, the Herkules (World Heritage). The apartment has been completely renovated and refurnished. You can expect exclusive designer furniture, lovely accessories and many works of art. As a free extra, we offer you W-LAN access for Internet use.

There are numerous FREE parking spaces in front of the door and in the immediately adjacent streets.

Kassel city center with the exhibition areas of the Documenta can be reached in a few minutes by car or public transport (bus), but also within walking distance through the Fuldaaue, which is right outside the door.

The large south-facing balcony impresses with its view of the extensive Fuldaaue and the Hercules (Unesco World Heritage Site). With a table and chairs, it invites you to linger in the sun.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Two of the cozy and quiet bedrooms are equipped with a large double bed (1.80mx 2.00m). The third bedroom has two separate single beds (0.90mx 2.00m). The sleeping areas are very quiet.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable, pull-out sofa bed (1.60 by 2 meters) for 2 people, with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. There is also a very spacious dining area.

The kitchen is including a large kitchenette Dishwasher equipped, the high quality, modern bathroom u. a. with shower tray and separate toilet.

The large south-facing balcony has a beautiful view of the extensive Fuldaaue and Hercules (Unesco World Heritage Site). With a table and chairs, it invites you to linger in the sun.

Great Location, apartment and arrangement
Apartment was near enough to the sports hall where the annual event has taken place. Great view of Herakles and the nature, perfect to have our dog walk. Also very nice owner has kindly arranged door opening after check out because we have forgotten something. Very swift and smooth action! All in all, we had much better experience at this apartment than we have expected and will highly recommend to others.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Aufenthaltsbereich gut für uns 5 Erwachsene. Ausreichend Teller, Gläser, Tassen & Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Nicht genug Ablagefläche im Bad. Klingel an Haustür defekt.

Nette Gastgeber, aber mangelhafte Unterkunft
Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief sehr gut: Anfragen wurden freundlich und zügig bearbeitet. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist mit "ruhig" gut beschrieben. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war in Ordnung, wobei die Fenster teilweise dringend eine Reinigung notwendig hatten. ABER: - Als wir die Tür aufschlossen, kam uns ein sehr modriger Geruch entgegen. Wir haben uns daraufhin erstmal einen Duft-Stecker zugelegt. Der Geruch ist leider in all unsere Kleidung und Reisetaschen gezogen. - Das eine Fliegengitter ist nur noch zur Hälfte vorhanden. - Die Regale hängen schief an den Wänden. - Teilweise fehlt Farbe an den Wänden (u.a. kleines Schlafzimmer beim Jalousiekasten) - Die Markise lässt sich nur sehr schwer ausfahren und hängt dann total schief. - Die Tür des Geschirrspülers lässt sich nur schließen, wenn man die Arbeitsplatte der Küchenzeile leicht anhebt. - Die Schränke und Balkon-Stühle haben wahrlich schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Für uns war es die bislang teuerste Ferienwohnung, die wir gemietet hatten. Gerade deswegen hätte ich mir auch eine etwas bessere Ausstattung in der Küche gewünscht. Es gab keinerlei Gewürze oder Öl in der Küche. Auch ein kleines Messer (zum Kartoffeln schälen oder Äpfel schneiden) war nicht vorhanden. Außerdem ist kein Besen, Staubsauger oder Wischlappen zu finden, was bei längeren Aufenthalten eher problematisch ist.

Ruhige, schön eingerichtete Wohnung
Wir waren als Freundesgruppe mit 6 Mädels für ein Wochenende dort. Es ist etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt gelegen, dafür kann man schön spazieren gehen. Die Wohnung war sauber, schön modern eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man für ein Wochenende braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat super geklappt, sie waren telefonisch gut erreichbar.

saubere Wohnung mit großem Balkon
Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Wir waren zu sechst. Es fehlte an nichts. Matratzen könnten hochwertiger sein. Das Treppenhaus riecht etwas muffig. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden und WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Auch bei über 30*C war es unterm Dach, dank Rolläden und Markise, auszuhalten. Hatten allerdings Ventilatoren mitgebracht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen und auch sonst waren wir in 20 Minuten im Bergpark oder in der Fuldaaue zum Baden. Das Beste der Wohnung ist der Blick vom Balkon zum Herkules, welcher abends beleuchtet ist.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Dachgeschoss Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Für sieben Erwachsene ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Durch die nahegelegene Bushaltestelle ist eine flexible Anbindung an die Innenstadt gegeben.

tolle Unterkunft, spärliche Küchenausstattung
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Auch der herrliche Blick vom Balkon war ein Genuss. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fussläufig zu erreichen und besonders die Ruhe tat uns allen gut. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ausreichend vorhanden und in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nur vier Sterne wegen der Küche: die Ausstattung (Geschirr und Besteck) ist für sechs Erwachsene zum Teil knapp bemessen. Zwei Spültabs für ein WE waren gerade ausreichend, weil wir auch nur zweimal gekocht haben.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit schönem Ausblick
Die Ferienwohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alles schnell und unkompliziert. Wir waren über Silvester da und haben vom Balkon aus den wunderbaren Blick auf das Feuerwerk über Kassel genossen. Vielen Dank auch für den Sekt zur Begrüßung :-)

Schöne Wohnung
Wir haben uns (Gruppe von sechs Erwachsenen)in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt.Sie ist geräumig,hell,die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr unzentral,aber die Bushaltestelle nicht weit. Mit Parkplätzen ist es problematisch.

Einfache Klasse.

Sehr große und sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!
Wir haben ein langes Wochenende in Kassel verbracht und uns dabei in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Zustand übertrifft die Beschreibungen und Fotos - besonders das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und hell! Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir benötigt haben. Besonder klasse ist die Lage, bis in die Innenstadt sind es mit dem Bus oder dem Auto nur wenige Minuten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen!

Klasse FEWO mit herrlichem Ausblick
Ich war 6 Monate ununterbrochen in dieser Ferienwohnung und war vom ersten Augenblick an sehr zufrieden. Diese Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, modern und sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Vom sehr geräumigen Wohn/Esszimmer und von dem großen Balkon hat man einen grandiosen Blick über Kassel und den Herkules. Es ist absolut ruhig hier und es ist immer alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Parken kann man entweder direkt vor dem Haus oder an den angrenzenden Straßen. Keine 3 Minuten entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle wo man in ca. 12 Minuten direkt in die City fahren kann. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Ich kann diese Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen, entweder für langfristige Aufenthalte oder für Kurztrips nach Kassel

Sehr große und moderne Wohnung mit tollem Blick
Wir waren mit die ersten, die diese frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung gemietet haben, wie uns die nette Vermieterin erklärt hat. Deshalb ist es vielleicht auch nicht verwunderlich, dass wirklich alles so ausgesehen hat, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, aber da haben wir auch schon anderes erlebt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr groß und geräumig und ist modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und man hat vom Wohnzimmer/Eßzimmer aus einen tollen Blick über Kassel bis zum Herkules, auch vom großen Balkon.Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und unseren vier Kindern und zwei Hunden über ein verlängertses Wochenende in Kassel und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. PS: Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es übrigens direkt vor der Tür.
