"The family that owns this hotel are the sweetest people on earth. Check in was so smooth. They were more than ready to be of service and had great suggestions for tours to do around the area. Our room was very spacious, beds are so comfortable. "

We cannot set the temperature in our room. We called reception few time throughout the night to set the temperature cooler and they cannot do it. "Mr Truong the Guest House proprietor was very helpful throughout my stay and arranged 2 enjoyable day excursions for me.The accomodation whilst tucked away down a small side alley is only approx a 40 minute walk or 5 min taxi ride from the Centre of Ninh Binh.There is a small supermarket on the main road virtually in front of the Guest House.I would recommend the De-lux rooms as the size is almost double that of standard.Breakfast can be ordered but I did not need it so cannot comment on the...

"This hotel was very disappointing after seeing reviews and pictures online. To start on a positive, it is very beautiful outside and in summer I can imagine it he pool is lovely. However, there were several disappointing aspects to our stay. Firstly, the lack of hot water. I did go to reception and she informed me there was a switch for the hot water (not sure why I wasn’t told this at check in), however when this was switched on we still had no hot water for our stay.
