When giving the room code it wasnt the safest as they put it on the screen and others can see your detailed information on at check in if you dont block the screen from others. Overall very spacious layout with tons of room for Tokyo and it was clean. About 10 mins walk to Dotonbori or the subway. Heating/AC unit is a bit hard to get setup properly but once its set its good."

"About a 10 minute walk to train station and shopping so it was quiet. Beds were low to the ground so not a lot of places to put suitcases - could not put them under the beds. Be sure to follow the check-in & access instructions carefully, they are easy to understand once you do this."

"We can not rate this hotel highly enough. The staff went out of their way to assist us whenever they could. My wife hurt her leg whilst we were travelling and they organises a doctor's appointment and taxi to the clinic for us. Travelling with two kids, this hotel also gave us the more western experience of partitioning their room from the main living area. Beds were comfortable and the whole hotel is modern and clean. Easy walk to public transport and plenty of options for food and shopping."

"Love the space! With a family of 5, there is ample room for everyone and space for 4 big luggages and loads of shopping bag. I stayed for 12nights, and tne only con was that there isnt room service where the rooms get cleaned. It got a little dusty after a week and got a bit uncomfortable. But overall, great place and location. We enjoyed it. "

They have a strict check in policy where you can’t get in one minute before the schedule check in time and the lobby gets filled with 100 people or more all waiting to check in, but they have five check in kiosk so the check-in goes fairly fast.
