Personally, I think this hotel was overrated. This hotel, over all, was way below my standards. The price was good but that only thing really good about this hotel.

I thought the stay was very nice. The staff was nice. The rooms basically look exactly like the picture. They were clean. The AC worked well with comfortable blanket and pillows. The location is just about 5 minutes from the fort and souk. The breakfast was ok. Not as nice as you are going to get at the really nice hotels. But it was good quality. I would stay again if in town.

Gammalt slitet hotell, väldigt enkelt, Trevligt bemötande. Kunde dock inte ta betalt med kort vid incheckningen så det var tut att vi hade kontanter så at det räckte. Väldigt svalt/kallt på rummet. Luftkonditionering var väldigt högljudd. Hjälpte inte med öronproppar. Ser ut som på bilden fast mer slitet. Förstår varför de inte visar bilder på badrummet... Bedrövligt mjuk säng där fjädrarna kändes rakt igenom. Jag sov inte mycket alls på de 2 nätter vi bodde där. Dammigt på rummet. Fick enkel frukost i en påse till rummet. Det positiva var att personalen var trevlig och att det var enkelt att hitta dit. Ligger utanför Nizwa och det är inte gångavstånd in till stan.

The staff were super helpful about everything: arranging for laundry, arranging tours, explaining how the TV worked, etc. The bathroom drained slowly-it was hard to take a short shower without flooding the room.

Very good location to explore Nizwa and the surroundings. The staff was really helpful to advise what to see and how to reach all these places (Misfat, Bahla, Djebel Shams, etc.)

Das Hotel war sehr schön, auch das Personal war sehr nett. Die Zimmer waren sehr gross und wir hatten viel Platz. Das Frühstück war normal wie für ein 3 Sterne Restaurant. Was wir etwas störend empfanden, war der Strassenlärm, da es doch neben der Hauptstrasse liegt.

Stayed there a couple of nights. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast wasn't that great. It's a bit outside Nizwa, so you'd need a car to go and visit the city or to go for dinner - at least there's no risk of drink&drive there. :(

Bra hotell nära till sevärdheter

Vi kom sent efter att ha varit uppe i bergen, men det var inga problem att få checka in. Lätt att hitta till. Trevlig personal. God frukost. Wi-fi funkade riktigt bra.

Hotellet ligger praktisk med adgang til byen Nizwa og bjergene med Jebel Shams og Al Hoota Cave. Området omkring hotellet er ikke specielt charmerende. Værelserne er store og rene men badeværelset lugter indelukket. Morgenmaden er kedelig med begrænset udvalg og service. Det er et hotel hvor man bare overnatter og bruger som udgangspunkt for dagsture i området.

Mooie schone kamer. Goed bedden!

Bij aankomst was de indruk van het hotel minimaal. De kamer en de badkamer zagen er uitstekend uit! Ook was alles mooi schoon. Bedden ook prima! Helaas was er enorm veel lawaai van motoren in onze kamer, ook het bed was trillend. Bij navraag bleek dat de generatoren van het restaurant naast het hotel aan de muur van onze kamer hingen. We hebben gevraagd om een andere kamer, maar dat was niet mogelijk. Op dat moment kwamen ook onze bovenburen klagen over het lawaai van de generatoren. Tijdens het gesprek met de manager kwamen er al snel achter dat vorige gasten ook al hadden geklaagd over het lawaai. De manager gaf aan in gesprek te zijn met de eigenaar van het hotel. Helaas konden ze ook geen andere hotel voor ons boeken, omdat alles vol zat in de stad. Omdat wij 2 nachten zouden blijven hebben ze toegezegd voor de 2de nacht een andere kamer voor ons te hebben. Dat is gelukkig ook nagekomen.

Einfach, aber ordentliches Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Gutes türkisches Restaurant direkt neben dem Hotel. Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung. Zimmer groß und sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Lage ist gut, mit dem Auto in etwa 5 Minuten im Souq, Castle etc.

Hôtel situé juste en dehors du centre de Nizwa. Personnel très sympa surtout au petit-déjeuner. Petit-déjeuner un peu limité. Juste à côté de l'hôtel un restaurant turc très, très bon, fréquenté par beaucoup d'omanais et pas cher du tout.
