"We had a happy week in the house. There were plently of activities available. The property was very clean with adequate cooking equipment. We would have liked an additional toilet in the house for the 5 of us ( the property is advertised as accomodating 11 people). "Nous avons passé un excellent week end prolongé, au calme, dans cette belle maison de campagne pleine de charme. Nous étions un peu plus de 20 adultes, les dimensions de la maison étaient parfaites pour notre groupe et le logement respectait en tout point la description faite dans l'annonce (notamment le nombre de couchages avec une mezzanine dortoir très bien aménagée pour accueillir notre grand groupe). Marc et Sarah, nos hôtes, ont été disponibles, discrets et accueillants. Je recommande."

"Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Iouri et sa compagne ( même si celle-ci n'était pas présente durant notre séjour). Les chambres étaient agréables et les lits étaient confortables. Mon fils a bien profité de la piscine nettoyée tous les matins par Iouri. Il nous a également gratifié de petites attentions. "

"Die Unterkunft war toll und ein Erlebnis. An das Konzept des Trockenklos muss man sich etwas gewöhnen, aber die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns jederzeit gut geholfen und versorgt! Wir konnten den Garten nutzen und fühlten uns wohl, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr nett. Insgesamt war das ein tolles Abenteuer in Morsains!"

There was lots of space outside for them to play also with badminton set and archery. There was also good storage facilities for bikes etc. We loved the large woodburner and plenty of logs which heated the house well. The two toilets separate to the shower and bathrooms was also good. We didn't like the nylon covers for the chairs...

The hosts were extremely nice and also helpful, though as the cottage was fabulously equipped we had no call to bother them after the meet and greet except to pass on the keys as we left. "Die Wohnung ist super - die Sitzmöbel sind etwas einfach gehalten und gehen teilweise schon aus dem Leim. Auch im Aussenbereich wären ein paar bessere Sitzmöglichkeiten wünschenswert. Alles in allem aber dennoch empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung. Besonders schön war die Nähe zu den Pferden und dem super netten Fredderick, der uns dort betreut hat! "

"This is a very old half-timbered property near the centre of the town and within easy walking distance of shops etc. The house is spacious and generally comfortable but the kitchen and bathrooms, although perfectly adequate for a short stay, would benefit from some modernisation. We had a pleasant few days in the house and took advantage of its location close to several places of interest, especially the fine city of Troyes."

"This was a small inn which was very nice. Breakfast buffet was very good and room was clean and nice. The area around it was very residential so not a lot of things to do close by. The staff was very nice and always looking to take care of you. Did not eat dinner but restaurant always seemed full so good sign many locals. Good access to lots of attractions by car and well worth the cost. "

"Ok so if you want a modern unfriendly hotel do not choose here but if you want a beautiful traditional chateau with themed rooms, admittedly some oddities as all old chateaus have but beautiful, and lovely staff with an amazing breakfast this is amazing as is Provins generally. Be advised you do need passable French to make things easier but if you are off to France guys it’s the least you can do!!"

"This property is two rooms next to a small hotel. There is no check-in desk, instead you are meant to fill in an online form and let them know your arrival time. We hadn't seen that instruction, and nobody answered when we phoned the number on the door at 8pm. Luckily a local was passing and was able to help contact the hotel and get us in. Once we were in the room was nicely decorated with a good shower. Bed was two singles pushed together with a double sheet over and worked reasonably well as a double. Breakfast was included in the rate and was typical continental offering. Staff were friendly."

"On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. We were on 3 motorcycles and had been travelling all day looking forward to a shower. Then in the morning while we had breakfast they went in our rooms moved some of our stuff and cleaned the rooms ready for the next guests before we even checked out. "
