"Gangnam Artnouveau is a older property and while it has a retro feel probably needs a bit of a face lift. But it was clean and convenient. The kitchen needed a new more dishes and utensils but we ate out mostly so not a great issue. The area was so convenient to the station and shops. Just a word of warning there are 2 hotels with the same name with a kilometre or so of each other so really easy to get the wrong one. "

"It was bad location. I didn’t like that area at all . What was so shocking was that while we were staying on the sofa in the lobby, this hotel sell out a room to many minors without checking ID . They looked like they were about 15 years old. It was so terrible and sad."

"The scent of the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was not appealing. Also, I think the 9th floor executive lounge should only have children over 12 years. Young children crying is not really an executive lounge for business traveling. Family lounge should be set aside on 2nd floor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and I would come back. "
