It is a beautiful home, well located to explore this great island!! I can't say enough about Joanna, her communication with us was exceptional. "We thought the place was charming. The location is perfect. It's on the street right behind the main street so not as crowded and situated in the middle of other shops and apartments. Be prepared for stairs though. We actually kept our suitcases on the main floor vs the bedrooms. Also, the street is not driveable after 11am. Google maps put us on the street at 10:30 pm. Yikes. But it was all good. We got free parking at the Marina the whole time."

A car is necessary to get to and from the property and can be recommended as a base. "Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel and room was immaculate condition. Shame the pool was a bit too cold at end of October but made use of the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had a great choice and staff could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend. Only downfall was our room was supposed to be full sea view but more like partial sea view from first floor as part of hotel building blocked the majority of the sea view from our balcony."

"We had a really relaxing time at the Kalyves beach hotel. What wasn’t clear to us at booking was the “all inclusive” and “all inclusive welcome gift” option. We went for the latter which gave us the “all inclusive plus” package at the hotel and was well worth the small extra cost, giving us unlimited cocktails, room upgrade and discount on the spa. Excellent value for money and still easily got enough for us (27c) at the end of September. The buffet food selection was great for us too as we could pick and choose what we wanted. We loved the stay and the entertainment in the night arranged by Momo was excellent too. Everyone was so friendly and keen to help we felt so looked after and pampered! Fully recommended!"
