Enjoy a relaxing and authentic stay, surrounded by the lush nature of Parc National Papineau-Labelle.

Accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 kids.

For your comfort, CORDON 138 offers:

A common living space, designed in an open concept, including a living room, kitchen, and dining area.

3 comfortable bedrooms:

- 1 bedroom with a King size bed
- 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed
- 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed

In addition, you will find 4 foldable single beds.

Two full bathrooms are also available for your convenience.

Enjoy a closed veranda with a dining table, perfect for friendly gatherings.

For your entertainment, a foosball table is at your disposal.

Outside, you can relax in the covered 4-season spa and enjoy a designated area with a fire pit.

During the summer season, the cottage has shared access to a private property with a dock and relaxation area on the shore of Lac des Grandes Baies (approximately 200 meters from the cottages). This access is shared with the neighboring cottage (CORDON 144). 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are available.

Infos to note:
- The Internet you will have is unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access by Fibre. The connection is efficient and generally very stable.
- The Smart TV is available with the ability to connect to platforms like Netflix and YouTube, but the cable is not included.
-The indoor gas fireplace is unavailable from May to September due to a lack of maintenance during this period. It is in service from early October to the end of April. If you would like to use it outside these dates, please feel free to request it, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Please note that we give no guarantee on operation, cleanliness or technical support for the BBQ from November to April (there is no maintenance done during this period).
- Please note that we supply propane only between the months of May to October.
- We provide one bath towel per person. Extra towels, spa or beach towels are not provided.
- It is possible to rent the two chalets for a larger group of 20 people (Cordon 138 and 144).
- Presence of a surveillance camera outside the chalet only for security reasons.

Très propre, belle propriété. Problème de guêpes.
Très propre, très grand, l’air neuf. Belle et grande cuisine. Tout aurait été parfait sauf qu’une dizaine de guêpes ont trouvé une entrée dans la véranda fermée où il y a le bbq et un espace repas. Nous avons du garder les portes/fenêtres fermées au 2e. Je sais qu’en nature il y a des insectes, mais je préfère ne pas les avoir dans la maison.
