This was our second time staying here. The staff is great and very accommodating. The big downside this stay was the construction going on. The poolside bar and part of the pool area is closed. Last time this was the place to be with a DJ and pool volleyball. The construction of the new building is a constant noise during the day. Less than relaxing when jackhammers and saws are continuously going. I wish that we had done something different and waited to visit here until after completion of all the construction.

The construction around the property started early in the morning, causing vibrations in the walls and lots of noise. I was woken up with less than 5 hours of sleep every night of the trip. They were even repairing sidewalks as late as 1am. Most of the dining was closed, as were other parts of the property.

Hotel was under construction Arrived and they had NO rooms available Manager Rosita Meurs help out check in at another hotel Please reimburse all expenses, did not stay at hilton because they had NO rooms, and they were under construction.

We got Bed bug bits in the hotel. When we reported to the hotel, the supervisor of the front desk told me that they would have an Investigation. He took pictures of the bit area. The bug bit area gets red and swollen in the following days. I washed all my clothes for a whole day when I back home. We didn't get our money back or even An apology from the supervisor. We received an email for the investigation result. Of course, The hotel declined the bed bug. When I emailed the supervisor and required waiving the resort fee. He ignored me. Never come back again to Hilton. Very disappointing and scary.

The Hilton Aruba never disappoints. i was just there for my anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel, the staff, the location, every thing was excellent! I highly recommend it.

Honestly, there are so many other great properties to stay at that are newer and nicer. They were doing construction building a new wing of the hotel. All day the noise coming from the construction area was not what i wanted to hear when I am on vacation and trying to relax. The road in front of the hotel is under construction as well. I know they cannot do anything about that but charging full price for the room with that much construction going on is not a way to show the customers you appreciate them staying with you even though they are under construction.
