I loved everything about this resort. Staff extremely friendly, arranges taxi for you, happy hour at the bar by the pool, cleanliness, on the strip with all the entertainments and eateries, 2-3 min walk to Palm Beach (hotel provides transportation), numerous pools including rooftop pool for adults only with good restaurant and amazing customer service. The only thing my husband and I didn’t like was the fact it advertise and read on the beach, however, it’s not, it’s close to the beach, walking distance close to the beach. Still doesn’t justify the fact for them to claim they are on the beach.

The hotel accommodation was spacious, with two bedrooms, two baths. Access to dining, shopping and entertainment was very convenient. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The staff were amazing an so attentive- particularly Leyonardho, Wesson’s, and Kyle- and they absolutely made us feel like we were family and not just guests of the hotel. When we return to Aruba- and every time after we will stay at the Radisson Blu and recommend it to our friends and family.

Large spacious suites, large, gorgeous infinity, pool easy access to the beach with a shuttle that gets you there even though it’s about a two minute walk to the beach. The bottle sparkling wine as a VIP perk was a nice touch. It was a very clean very quiet very luxurious stay. The sunset bistro had great food. They have a breakfast buffet for $26 a person but the à la cart is also very inexpensive. Someone mistakenly charge my room for their breakfast, and it was remedied on my account immediately.

I stayed at this property back in August of this year. This was my 1st time staying at this property and my 1st time visiting Aruba. This property definitely delivered on so many different levels the ideal vacation resort in Aruba. Pros to this property include location, shuttle service, concierge services, clean rooms, spacious rooms, beautiful balconies, infinity pool, family pool and pool towel service. There are a few more to name, but those cover a lot them. Con’s include:…….. the view of the lot beside the hotel can definitely use some TLC. Honestly there aren’t any cons to list for this property. Although I did have one issue with the lock in our villa, David which is one of the managers on property went above and beyond to rectify the issue along with one of the owners of the property. One of the greatest qualities that this property possesses is their employees. The staff are very personable, kind, caring, knowledgeable, and they always have a smile on their faces. I definitely will be booking another reservation at this property as it truly left me with an unforgettable memorable experience. Special thanks to all of the staff that helped make this stay an amazing experience: Gabriela, Valentina, Nathalia, David, and 2 gentlemen (unfortunately I can’t recall their names) that worked at the front desk. Thank you all once again for an amazing experience!!!

Stay was pretty good overall. As far as customer service goes, it could’ve been a little better. Staff isn’t rude, but don’t seem to be enthusiastic at all. Dana however, is EXCEPTIONAL. He was truly sweet and accommodating. 10/10 location and I love how the hotel has their own little beach shuttle along with a section with chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

Property was average. Location was off the beach, which they offer a short shuttle to the beach. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us as we did an activity every day. Our room was large. A room upgrade was not offered unfortunately as it would have been really nice to have some outdoor space off of our room. Overall it was a nice stay, but if I was looking for a luxury property I would not stay here.

This property was absolutely beautiful. Very large rooms unlike other hotels in the area without paying more. Short walk to Moomba beach, which has a restaurant with the best breakfast. Restaraunt in hotel as well, just liked the beach bar and restaurant better. We didn’t have any problems getting beach chairs from the attendants. The concierge at hotel booked both our excursions and gave us a nice discount as well. Both pools are gorgeous The rooftop is exceptional. We saved a lot of money with Expedia and this hotel choice ans we would definitely do it again. Ignore the weather, it won’t really ever rain :)

Stayed here and I’m very VERY picky with hotels. I don’t play games. This place is absolutely amazing and I was hesitant because it’s not on beach property but because of the service and amenities and beautiful freaking ambiance I’m definitely coming back. I’ve stayed at Rui Palace and it was beautiful but something about this hotel. I’m coming back! Thank you!
