Great place to stay, easy access to beach, close to walk to restaurants & bars, casinos. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant at hotel has great food & breakfast is included! Reasonable priced compared to the big chains.

The staff was unfriendly. We were locked out of our room for some reason, had to walk all the way back to the reception (which is like at the other end of the world) and asked us for IDs when all our belongings were locked inside the room. They were all giving us wrong information on how to fix the problem. Took us almost an hour. But there was this one restaurant staff that stood out. Very friendly and was very much willing to help and serve us, Ricardo. He works at night. Very nice Filipino guy!

Our room was very nice with a private outdoor area, stocked kitchenette and updated bathroom. The pools were great and we loved happy hours at the swim up bar. Staff was super attentive, especially Jen!!! The restaurant was good and for other options, we were a short walk to Palm Beach restaurants
