"Lovely, peaceful accomodation in a good location. We stayed in room 10 and found it to be very comfortable and well equipped for our stay. My only concern was - there appears to be a good sized hole in the floor that is covered by lino flooring on the left side of the toilet. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and will return on future visits to Montville as well as recommending this property to family and friends."

"Excellent property and charming little town. We slept well, had plenty of space, pretty quiet. The little fireplace is quite fun. Only the bathroom was a little cumbersome with shower glass being a tiny bit short so things got a bit wet unless you put a towel down. Overall though, would be very pleased to stay again."

"A nice atmosphere, quiet and clean. Rooms are dated but in good condition. Very close to shopping and restaurants. A nice view from the room. I would stay there again as the rates were very good."

"Check-in was handled quickly and efficiently. Our room was very clean, well appointed, and quiet. Tea, coffee and toiletries were well stocked. Breakfast in the dining area was delicious: hot food and a continental spread - restocked and all areas kept tidy by helpful staff. I can't fault our stay. Thank you for looking after us so well."
