"This house is in a quiet location in Noosa Sound with easy walking to Hastings Street and the Quamby Place shops. We found the property was accurately described in the overview. Dealing with the owner Dan was a pleasure, particularly when we had a property maintenance issue that he resolved very quickly. Unfortunately, the weather meant it wasn't hot enough to utilize the pool. Would we stay here again? - Yes. Would we recommend this property to others? - Yes."

"The house is lovely & comfortable, and pool areas nice. We had a problem with the fridge but Tina replaced it with a new one within 24 hours. She is a terrific host and very pleasant to deal with, gave us tips on where to go and restaurants to visit. Would recommend 😊"

"We are six 65 years plus friends who decided to celebrate a special birthday of one of our group at Noosa. This was an excellent choice having 5 bedrooms. Two of the group shared what I assume was a room normally used to accommodate children. However, There was nowhere to hang anything, no bedside tables and no bedside lamps for reading. The other rooms were beautifully furnished and well equipped. We had an issue with lighting in the carport as there was none and a sensor light onto the steps...

"We had a wonderful stay at Rod’s house. The house was huge with multiple areas to gather and spend time with each other. The pool was also great. "

"My group stayed at the property for our Schoolies trip. It was everything that we wanted and needed. In such a perfect area and check in and out was so easy and simple there was zero stress with anything. Communicating with the owner was also easy and they were very accomodating with everything. Only suggestion is that we ran out of toilet paper on the last night which was no ideal so there may need to be some more backup rolls on the property. "A friend and I stayed here for a week long getaway - lovely spot in Noosa between the Main Street and national park and just up from a lovely little beach. Very simple but has everything you need. Marianna was a lovely host too. "

"The location was great ,the house was beautifully decorated and so comfy. The pool was a bonus and great fun for the teenagers. Would definitely recommend it for family holidays"

"Good apartment with spectacular views. We were just a couple - might be a little snug for 5 or 6 guests. Amenities were as described; place was clean and comfortable; perhaps a little tired and weather beaten. Could do with a crockery upgrade (maybe because it was low season - the bowls and glasses had been put away?). Location is directly above the main road so there is traffic noise pretty much all day but it didn’t disturb sleep or our evenings. Was a good base for the Sunshine Coast...

"This house has superb views and is very homely with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Steps down to the beach are only a few metres away and its a short walk to Sunshine beach surf club and restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped and the pool is great for a refreshing dip."

"Good place to stay. Very neat and tidy. Needed a sensor lights to come on when you enter the property at night. A brush and pan to scoop up the dirt on the floor after we swept it. Frying pans need to be replaced. Overall an amazing place to stay we would certainly recommend this place for a vacation"
