"We stayed here for one night and thoroughly enjoyed it. From the welcome on reception when booking in right through to checking out in the morning every member of staff who we interacted with was friendly, attentive and welcoming. We had a delicious 2 course meal in the evening and one of the best breakfasts we have had. The buffet breakfast was top rate with amazing sausages and bacon. Plenty alof variety available to choose from with the addition of a moce continental with cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruits, toast, preserves and pastries. We were made to feel welcome and valued at all times and enjoyed the personal treatment without it being over the top. All in all a great find, and coupled with the unexpected fine weather , it made for an unforgettable experience. Thanks to everyone It was clearly evident that every member of staff took a great deal of pride in their job and they are all a credit to the establishment."

"Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, professional and helpful. The cleaners came in to the room everyday to make beds etc which was an unexpected extra, but to save on laundry, you need a way we could tell you not to change towels every day! Breakfast excellent with a huge choice and we liked the fact we could have it early, well done to staff who work hard to get it ready for 6.30 am Thankyou"

"Lovely large room and bathroom. The pool/leisure area is very good. Towels were provided but not flipflops so best to take your own if you are using the pool area. Towelling robes are provided in the superior rooms. Breakfast was very good but dinner options are limited and not fine dining but good value. The staff were welcoming and helpful."

"Nice boutique feel to the hotel. Overall decor was good, a few tired elements let it down like the iron burn on the carpet and the bathroom flooring. Staff very very friendly. Everywhere was very clean. Good spot to stay to access the city centre."
