"The property is huge. Very spacious, four bedrooms, and a large bathroom. Lovely terrace surrounding a great pool. There were loads of things to do - table tennis, pool, air hockey etc to keep the teens happy even in poor weather. The host also makes custom game cabinets so we played a lot of pinball. Lesmont is a lovely little village 30 minutes from Troyes, surrounded by arable farms. There is a well-stocked supermarket 10km away. We had a really nice break and would definitely stay here...

"We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. The property is spacious and very well appointed. All necessary equipment plus some extras were provided. There was a large amount of outdoor space. The property was situated on the outskirts of the village. We would be very keen to stay again and would highly recommend it"

Outre le fait d'accueillir leurs hôtes dans 1 lieu confortable ,chaleureux, où tout est mis à disposition pour rendre le séjour agréable , Sylvaine et Jean Paul prennent plaisir à partager leur passion des cheveux, des vaches, des abeilles avec les grands et les petits qui garderont de ce séjour des souvenirs hors du commun!!! "Tres bon séjour. Logement confortable. Proximité des commerces et loisirs tres appreciable."

"Location great. Great layout in property. Great fridge and freezer. Not enough toilets for 15 people and the kitchen sink was appalling, probably a health hazard. The charge for cleaning was excessive on top of a charge per bed for sheets etc. Garden and activities good. There were 2 bikes i think but not great. Pool is small but clean and heated. We had a great holiday despite the negatives. I received flowers from the owner on my birthday and champagne in the fridge. A nice touch."

"Property was as described. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Four of the five bedrooms are spacious, one is rather cramped with a sloping roof. Some might find the noise of the constant water flow distracting, we found it soothing. The village is quaint and authentic in an agricultural area but its quite far to go to get supplies. We loved this place, we were all adults but I think there would be too little to do for children."

"Nous avons passé 3 jours à 10 dans cette superbe maison près du lac de Der et nous avons été charmés : l'espace, la décoration soignée et de bon goût,l'equipement, la communication avec Sarah, tout était parfait. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! "

"The saving grace of the property was the young French lad who arrived in the morning. I don’t think it was even his day to work, but he came anyway. It is such a shame because the location was awesome. There’s so much potential here but the owner isn’t interested in bringing it up to standard. The room was okay, no bed bugs. But the rest of the place was dirty and woeful. They need to upgrade it to be worthy of customers. "
