Great front desk at check in, they provided suggested places to eat, 10% discount at the excellent breakfast/lunch place next door (Awful Annie's, wonderful), chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon, hot and cold breakfast options in the morning (waffles, breakfast sandwiches, cereals, fruit, orange or cranberry juice, coffee, various bread/muffins). "Easy, quick check-in. Comfortable, modern room. Comfortable bed (except pillows, a bit too thick). Good breakfast options, except for the minor fact that coffee and the hot items were out at 7:15am that day due to an earlier rush of customers; no such issue in my previous visit. The walls are not at all sound-proof,... which made my stay rather interesting this time. Will likely revisit, as this place is well-priced, well-maintained and very conveniently located. "

"My husband and I were looking for a last minute stay and happened upon this gem. This is a cute retro hotel that has been recently updated inside and out. It was clean, had comfortable beds, nice grounds and friendly staff. The prices were good too. The rooms had a microwave, refrigerator and real glassware. And in true 1950’s style you can park right in front of your room. We will definitely stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed the location of the carriage loft! It was close to town and stores but felt serene and private. The loft itself was well appointed and clean. There were some repairs that could be made, but nothing that impacted our stay or would prevent us from returning- for sure! All provisions for a full kitchen were included and the linens/towels were plenty and nice. "This was an awesome let get away for the family. Beautiful little cottage and gorgeous grounds. Our little dog loved visiting the chickens. I was it didn’t rain so much during our time there. I would stay here again. Thank you!"
