Nice friendly staff. Nice room and clean. Very convenient to shopping though that's wasn't my purpose. Bathroom could use a new shower curtain. That's the only ding.

Would highly recommend this motel for your stay in North Conway! Close to everything, very clean, cozy, and a great price. Great water pressure for the shower and got a great night's sleep after a long day of winter hiking.

Great place to rest your head after a great day od skiing, dont expect 4 star service, this is a good basic place to crash. If you want frills then spend the money and dont complain because your expectations were not met. You get what you pay for. Good place, friendly staff, second time We have stayed for skiing.

OK. It's an older motel, bought out by people from India, which happens in this town. I have been in India. These people wanted to charge us DOUBLE, because we had 4 people in a 2 BR room- for "wear and tear". This was NOT disclosed up front- this was the owners, on the last day, seeing 4 of us, and demanding DOUBLE payment. This was NOT disclosed when we booked, no, they demanded it after the fact. The clerk is native born, was very embarassed. We went to this place for a vacation, not to argue about this; no other motel, in 12 years, has ever demanded this. The clerk, who is native born, was very polite & accommodating, no complaint about him at all. We will find other motels to stay at, in the future.
