Beautiful Mountain Manor near Yosemite National Park! Spa, Tesla charger & more.

Come stay in our newly remodeled Mountain Manor. It is only 22 miles from Yosemite's South Gate and 4 miles from Bass lake.

The house has six bedrooms, six baths, large porches, and game-room (that doubles as a seventh bedroom!), as well as a large common living and eating area.

The apartment has the sauna and only available if you book with 16 or more guests. 15 or less guests has plenty of room in the main house itself.

We have a Tesla charger (2 of them)and a brand new spa for your enjoyment and use.

Room 1. King bed- private bath with shower and tub.
Room 2. King Bed- adjoining bathroom with shower and tub.
Room 3. Queen bed with bunk bed and trundle. Adjoining Bath with shower.
Room 4. Queen bed with bunk bed and trundle. Private bath with shower.
Room 5. Queen bed with bunk bed. Private Bath with shower.
Living Room: couch bed- sleeps 2
Game Room: Beautiful game room with a pull-out couch, plus two additional queen-sized beds available.

Apartment is available - If Your Booking has 16 or more guests.
Downstairs Apartment: 1 King bed, bathroom, full kitchen, 2 sleepers, in home small movie theater set up. Sauna

There is actual beds for 33 people - however, after 14 guests there will be an additional charge of $35 per guest per night for large groups and extra ware and tear on the home, additional supplies used and laundry.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with the owners and the property. We reach out with a hail mary 3 weeks before our wedding when our previous venue fell through and they were so accomodating and lovely. Family Reunion Getaway
Mountain manor was a great place for our annual family reunion. We had a lot of people in our party (31 staying in the home) and we all slept comfortably. Everything you could think of, the house had it stocked. Cooking utensils, games, appliances, and other things. We really enjoyed our time. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Great long weekend
This was the second time we’ve stayed here and it was just as beautiful as we remembered. We love that we along with our kids and grandkids can spread out. There is room for everyone (we had a total of 16), so much for the kids to keep themselves entertained with and now the addition of the hot tub made it even more fun. Love the huge dining room table, we had great meals and great conversations sitting around that table. Keith and Stacy are great hosts.

Another Great Week at the Lake!

Beautiful, Spacious & Private
Even more impressive in person. The kitchen is clean, well organized and extremely well stocked with supplies (as are the bathrooms). Garage/gaming room a huge hit with all of us (10 adults, 6 kids) as was the hot tub. We enjoyed the decks and the grill. Bass lake is only a few minutes away and we swam and kayaked and enjoyed the view (get there early!) I appreciated that attention was given to our comfort - extra pillows, etc. We felt well taken care of. Easy to communicate with Keith and Stacy.

50th anniversary celebration success
With 6 families, it was hard to find a great property without breaking our budget - this one is a keeper. Lots to do for the kids and enough areas that the adults could stay up later talking and not wake all the kids. Also: every bedroom had its own bathroom which was amazing.

Beautiful Home and Gracious Hosts
This home is absolutely beautiful and came with many kitchen amenities (which was important to our group). There is abundant sleeping space and it’s located close to lots to do. Our group spent a lot of time in Yosemite, and found it very easy to get to and from. Our hosts were very accommodating and gracious. We can be high maintenance guests and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend this property to rent.

Wonderful Get Away
We were so lucky to find this property for a mini family reunion of 20 people. The house is spacious and lovely and more than enough space for us all. Great amenities, and exactly as advertised. Plenty to do for the younger kids as well as the adults. About a 12-15 minute drive to the lake. We would definitely come back for another stay.

Perfect family stay in Yosemite
We were just here for our wedding and it was absolutely amazing, the best Vrbo renting experience we have ever had. Beautiful house, so much to keep you entertained, and a great location near Yosemite! We cooked meals together in the kitchen and it was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, so it felt so homey! Our family loved staying here. Stacy was awesome and in touch the whole time if we had any issues. Would highly recommend Mountain Manor!

Perfect Bass Lake getaway for large group

Perfect mini get away
We had a great time with a group of families and friends at this beautiful manor. The house is spacious, clean, and the check in process is super easy. We went to the Yosemite and this location is not far from it. Thanks to Keith and Stacy for letting us reschedule the arrival date, and answered all the questions that we had. Great getaway for large groups.
The house was roomy, each bedroom had its own bathroom. Large kitchen and dining areas, outdoor eating and gathering spaces with fire pit and BBQ grill. 2 sets of washer/dryers. Great for large family or multiple families with kids.

Beautifully maintained home with lots to do
We loved this house. There was plenty of space and the kids loved the pool table, ping pong table and tree swing in the backyard. I wish we would have stayed longer. The owner was easy to reach, the house was immaculate, and the yard was nice. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone planning a vacation near Yosemite.
