"Room was clean and bright Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed.. lots of extras like a toothbrush, razor comb. Breakfast was excellent too. Finally, it was close for our cruise ship departure but close to shops and restaurants too. "

"Very good tourist hotel. Service and staff were marvelous. They worked hard to exceed service levels. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive. The only negative I have to offer about the property itself is the harsh direct lighting in the rooms. It would have been much better to have some table lamps for the night stands and the desk. The hotel is wedged between the redeveloped waterfront (good) and the hostelries and low-end shops catering to younger, less affluent travelers (not so great)....

"Arrived very early on an international flt and caught the convenient shuttle to the hotel where they kindly accomodated early check in ( pre-booked). A lovely neighborhood with shopping/restaurants a 30 min walk away. A great place with friendly helpful staff to rest up after a long flight."

"The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, gluten free options available. Parking is a little confusing - there is a garage attached to the building that is a flat fee but there are variables to whether you are charged more. Parking was $60NZ, we arrived at 12pm and left at 10am Monday morning. "

"Great location about a 10-15 minute walk down Queen Street to the harbor area. Some construction near the hotel but the room was very quiet and large. A great all around value. Would stay again. "

"Gorgeous room! Really state of the art technology for the lights, do not disturb, and requesting turn down service. Really love the chromecast feature for the tv and the bed feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud. Absolutely enjoyed our stay there. "

"After a long cruise, it was nice to come in to city life and treat it wonderfully. They took her luggage up to the room. If I needed extra things they had it. The pool was amazing. People were absolutely so helpful. If you've got to stay anywhere this I would pick first thing. Even the price was right for 2 nights."
