"Nice place for a quick stop over. I knew there would be no window, but there was nowhere to sit, nowhere to put anything like a desk and the floor was tiled so very cold. Problems checking in as seems like they don't accommodate bookings booked through other portals. Had to wait in a queue to speak to someone + key card machine was broken so had to be escorted to my room."

"Great price for the location and room. We stayed in one of the top floors and the room was well kept and comfortable. Decoration is lacking (it’s very plain) but that’s not why we picked this hotel. The location is ideal for visiting London by foot. There is a 24h Tesco 2 mins away. The luggage drop off service is also very handy and well organised. If you get a good deal, I would definitely recommend booking this place. Saw some bad experiences in the reviews but everything went super smoothly...

"Cosy rooms with a small, but renovated bathroom. The hallways and stairs are quite narrow and there is no elevator but since it said so on the website we knew what to expect. You can borrow hairdryers at the front desk, there is coffee and tea available around the clock in a sitting area. Everything was clean and staff was really nice! Its location is ideal. 5 min walk from Hyde Park and another 20 min walk to knightsbrige for the shops, then easy walk up to westminstervand the palace. "What a wonderful hotel! From the lovely check in staff, to the beautiful room, we had an amazing stay. We were celebrating an anniversary, and received a lovely card and bottle of prosecco. Such a lovely surprise. The bed was large and very comfortable, the view over London, with the Shard, was spectacular. We would recommend this lovely hotel, and hope to return again soon.Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable."

"Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Rooms are small but quaint and cosy. Beds are comfy, lovely large TV and clean as a whistle. Staff are uber friendly. Only downside was breakfast was cold as buffet style and food warmers were not switched on so after some time being out the food had chilled. However this wouldn't put me off staying again, I'd just get up earlier to grab that hot food! Would definitely recommend. "

"First impressions stay with you unfortunately. We checked in before our room was ready - absolutely no problem, On return, and after a very tiring day - we had to make 3 trips to and from reception as the key we were given didn’t work. No apology for the inconvenience. Maintenance then came and the issue fixed and he was very apologetic. We had to rescan our card for ‘extras’ and I didn’t like to see mine and other guests check in forms left on the front desk for all to see - a gdpr issue....
