Great hotel. Quiet, clean, great accommodations, solid rooftop bar, and awesome location that easy to get in and out of.

Quite nice hotel in the midtown, conveniently located in the middle of Manhattan with just a 2-min walk to the subway station and an average 2-min Uber waiting time. Bright, clean, and quite spacious room with efficient AC and WiFi. Comfortable mattress, blanket, and 2 types of pillows. Complimentary, good-quality spring water during our stay with a daily refill, same for Nespresso capsules. 3.5 out of 5 restaurant downstairs with decent food quality, but the some staff needs to be trained better (except Carlos, who was fantastic). Regular no-stress room cleaning, fresh towels and good shower, hair dryer, iron, and even a steamer for your clothes. Tried to order in-room service last day before leaving, but couldn’t due to error 304 on the hotel website. Haven’t worried since there are dozens of food options in the area. Haven’t checked the gym, but heard it has nice view. Comfortable check-in and quick check-out with a smile. You can find many similar hotels in the area, but you won’t regret choosing this one. 8.5 out of 10.

Great location in soho, close enough to walk to many other communities. Little Italy, china town, broad street shopping, noho and many more! Quick cab up to Bryant park and the macys herald square! And food everywhere!

Appreciated the room view and the housekeeping staff. However, when I checked-in the staff member wasn’t very nice, checked-in someone while I was also there waiting to be checked-in (they may have been there earlier), and they didn’t explain any of the charges for the deposit — and then only told me where the elevators were to conclude the check-in… no “you’re all good to go” or “have a great day”.

This was a great stay. I liked that we needed our room key to operate the elevator. We enjoyed walking everywhere, including shopping and dining.
