North Miami Beach Holidays

Hotel is on a beautiful location on the Ocean Drive and room with ocean view is amazing. Check in and check out fast and with all necessary information provided The breakfast is affiliated to the Front Desk restaurant and shall be revisited, in the voucher is written continental but we were served beacon, eggs, potatos and few pieces of fruits without being asked if we would like it or if there is any food allergy or vegetarian. The second day we asked if it will be possible to get something else and we were told no that is not possible with the voucher. We then order only coffee and 35 min late the dish with eggs, beacon and potato came, when we clearly said we just wanted to have coffee and no food. Will be better to not offer this breakfast possibility and let people choose if they want to book the breakfast or not

Our very first experience of checking in was excellent due to an amazing employee (Yasmin). She was very polite and incredibly knowledgeable and efficient.

Amazing stay at a classic hotel. Such a great energy, and so many things to do. It is like a resort in one of Miami's best neighborhoods!

The only bad thing about the location is the noise at night. Cars rev their engine which wake you up several times a night. Unfortunately, this alone is why I won’t book at East again.

South Beach is kind of a unique experience but this is an ideal place to get it. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was fine. Great restaurant but there are probably 50 more in walking distance! Plus the beach and endless people-watching.
