"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"This is a nice play to stay and you can't beat the price !! It's very clean and the room is a good size. It's in a convenient location, not too good for walking since it's located on the access road off the highway but if you have a car or can Uber then everything you need is right around you as far as food shopping, dining out or pretty much anything else you need including the light rail and transit center. The staff is awesome too, everyone is really nice and down to earth! "

"When I arrived there were different groups of people with different problems waiting outside for anyone to OPEN the main Lobby there was no one inside and it was CLOSED. This caused me to return to my apt, others missed their fleights. I never was able to CHECK-IN and the local police came to check if there was any foul play. I guess an employee called off."
