"From the moment we arrived we were treated well and given great instructions- there is so much offered daily! Cookouts and children’s activities- DJ/music at the pool- water slides and floating obstacle course- delicious food & drink options- multiple pools and facilities. Our room was comfortable and spacious- had all we needed. Beds were comfortable for sleep. Only negatives would be the construction nearby and thin walls so we heard our neighbors but that was solved w the TV sound on! Very family friendly- all around it was a great stay! "

"We only stayed for one short night, but it was everything a mom and three kids could’ve hoped for. The location near the beach was perfect, and all three pools were beautiful. The hotel was well-maintained, and we’d absolutely stay again."

"There were two pools and splash pad for children, nice loungers and umbrellas with a bar with food. easy beach access you have to pay for your umbrella and loungers on the beach, which was $56 a day. We stayed for seven days and that was ridiculously high so we spent most of the time at the pool and walked up from the beach. Rooms are a little outdated with Matt had a black ring around it, and the floors were not mopped. Our feet were filthy. you must wear shoes in the room and in the shower."

"First time staying there for 7 days. In the middle of everything to do. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with our needs. I've read some of the complaints about sand in the elevator rugs.... It's a Beach !!! The key cards took alittle to get used to and would deactivate around cellphones or other electrical devices. Once you know to keep them separate, they work just fine. Our view was great being on the 9th floor. We were even right under Jimmy's Crows Nest and with the loud music, it wasn't much of a bother, but that could be just us tho. We will be returning in the near future."
