A private pool and cabana at the edge of the sea provide the setting for lazy afternoons in the sun, cocktail in hand. When you want to explore the island, you’re in luck. Some of Grand Cayman’s natural wonders are within easy walking distance. Observe Caribbean sea life at Starfish Point, walking distance from the villa and Stingray City, a short boat ride away, two photo-worthy locations where these creatures gather.

Also close by are Rum Point Beach and Kaibo Yacht Club, which offer up not only some lovely beachfront, but also a smorgasbord of wining & dining options from beach barbecue to tropical cocktails to gourmet cuisine. Not to mention water-bound activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, jet-skiing and boating. Kaibo Yacht Club is just a 15-minute walk, while Rum Point is a short drive away. A rental car is recommended for easier access to the airport (45 minutes away), George Town and Seven Mile Beach.

Make sure to return to Villa Emmanuel before sunset! The sun’s finale as it sinks into the Caribbean Sea is unforgettable, especially from your private swimming pool at the water’s edge. The residential area where Villa Emmanuel is located means you will get lots of peace and quiet from blissful sunset to sunrise and back again. When it’s time for bed, your options are plentiful with 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds, 1 bedroom with a queen, and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each. A total of 10 guests can sleep very comfortably at Villa Emmanuel, making it an easy choice for family reunions or friend getaways.

Fantastic home in run point
This house was perfect. Looked just like the listings and was in an ideal location. An extra surprise was that we were right on the bioluminescent bay and could have that experience right out the door. We will definitely be renting this house again.

The view was the best!! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. House was very clean, spacious and kitchen was well-stocked. We loved using the kayaks & rented snorkel gear from Rum Point. Beautiful house in a great location
Everything about Villa Emmanuel was wonderful. The house is well maintained, spotlessly clean, and offered lots of room inside and outside. The kitchen was equipped with everything our family needed. There are plenty of pool floats, snorkel gear and other water toys, and it was so nice to be able to kayak whenever we wanted right from the private beach. Great location on the quieter side of the island!

Quiet space to relax

With this large private home we were able to accommodate our family with our own pool and beach for the children to play. Walking distance to Rum Point and one other restaurant spot it was just perfect. We were also able to charter private tours for starfish and petting rays as well as the bioluminescence night tour. All are very close to the home and we did not have to travel to catch the boats for these tours. The home was comfortable and decently equipped. We would stay there again. Barbara the home manager was amazing and so very kind and helpful. She is a gem!

A few great restaurants around. Close to Chisolms for day to day needs and we had delivery from Shirley’s and Blackbeard’s waiting for us which worked great. Highly recommend this place and this management team.

Fantastic location!
Second time on island and enjoyed this location over 7MB. Spacious home, screened porch a huge bonus at night when bugs come out. Pool used daily. Suggest only going in sandy parts of water as we had several runs in with things that sting in the water so stayed in kayaks on beach. All in all, delightful, relaxing and would high recommend.

Villa Emmanuel is a beautiful, well appointed home in an excellent location. Our family enjoyed the private beach, the kayaks, the swimming pool and sharing all the meals we prepared in this home's well supplied kitchen. The proximity to Kaibo Bay, the Bioluminescence Bay and Rum Point was a big plus for some fun activities. Barbara did a great job staying in touch and quickly responding to any questions we had. Plenty of room to spread out, unbeatable views, good size pool, everything was well stocked and with everything you needed to feel at home. We spent a lot of time on the large rear screened porch and around the pool. The service provided by Barbara was top notch - and she also gave us a great recomendation for a home chef for an evening. That was one the many highlights of our stay, to enjoy a home cooked meal of local cuisine. (Linda - did a great job) Overall this location on the north side was just perfect for our group - quiet and several walkable restaurants that we also enjoyed. The Chisolms grocery store was just a few miles down the road had most of what we needed as well. Overall I would highly recommend this location - especially if you prefer smaller crowds and relaxation over nightlife. Property is very well managed. Easy access for boat charters as well at Kaibo or Rum Point. All of the people we encountered on the island from airport staff, property manager, boat captains, bar tenders, waiters/waitress, etc were extremely hospitable - Looking forward to another visit to this part of the island again!

Beautiful house!
Great house. It will really be an amazing stay once Rum Points construction is complete. Which seems like it will be done soon. The place looks exactly like the photos, and if I had a question it was answered quickly. The directions were spot on. We had a great time. There were even tubes and kayaks for us. It was great! We left some extra floats and masks to pay it forward.

Great property! Lots of room to spread out. A little dated in areas, but clean. Excellent backyard! Nice big pool, clean/calm beach (with starfish!), beach loungers, and 2 kayaks. We took the kayaks out at night to the neighboring bay (Bio Bay) to see the bioilluminescence—very cool, no tour needed! We saw more starfish snorkeling behind this house than we did at starfish point! This place was great for our family of 4 (kids’ ages 6 & 8) plus grandma.

Perfect stay at Rum Point!
Property was just as described and the EE view was amazing. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and how well stocked it was!! Plan ahead for groceries so you don’t have to trek back to the airport after unpacking. Lots of room in the house to spread out and relax. House was stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels so just pack a beach bag for excursions. Pool was clean and perfect and we loved the 2 kayaks!! We discovered more starfish in the bay behind the house than at Starfish Point. Excellent stay. Thank you!!!

Great house in amazing location
This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. Clean, spacious and accurate to the listing. We enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch every morning, looking out over the turquoise water. We saw starfish, iguanas and plenty of fish all from the private beach. It’s about a 45 minute drive from the airport and busier area of Seven Mile Beach, but we loved the quieter, laid back vibe of Cayman Kai / Rum Point. We walked down to Kaibo’s coffee shop every morning. About a 10 minute walk. Kaibos also has a beach BBQ on Tuesdays with a band and limbo. Fun activities for the kids. Heading in the other direction, Rum Point Bar is newly renovated and about a mile up the road. Overall, fantastic house. Just watch for falling coconuts on the private beach out back!

Great stay
The place was great. Roomy with all the necessities. WiFi was great. Lot of good seating for everyone. Fun cute neighborhood of houses. Many starfish at the private beach and in the bay! Kayaking was very fun. Some small negatives about this spot as of March 2023: - Construction was going on during the day on both neighbor homes which was a little loud. - Rum Point Bar and restaurants are still under construction so food and drink options are limited. Hopefully that is fully rehabbed soon! - Rum Point is 45 minutes from the airport. If you want to go to 7 mile beach its a drive. We went over there 2 different days in our stay and it wasn't that bad but just note that. - Private beach sand is not too soft and a little smaller than expected.
