Lovely 2 Bedroom apartment located in a rural setting. Within walking distance to Niagara River and Gratwick park. (10 mins)
The space
The owner lives onsite in the Main house. The apartment is located on the second floor of a 4 bay garage, located away from the road in the backyard behind the Main house. There are 2 apartments on the second floor. Only one is available to rent as the other is occupied. The apartment is approx. 870 sq feet.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the balcony and backyard.
Other things to note
There is lots of wildlife in the area including rabbits, raccoons, skunks, fox, wild turkeys, hawks, deer and coyotes. Please do not feed the wildlife.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Was there for 5 nights and felt like home. Owners on site were helpful and very hospitable. One of the best VRBOs i have stayed at as they supply everything you need. If your going to the Falls or the Bills game this is a must stay place, will return here when back in the area.

The owners are on site and extremely pleasant to deal with. I would love to keep this hidden gem all to myself, but that wouldn’t be fair to the owners. My wife and I go back home to Buffalo at least once a year, and if there’s availability this will be the place on the top of our list. This rental was so clean and nicely decorated. The shower was amazing, the location was quiet and private, and the host went out of their way to leave us muffins for the next morning.
