"Spending the weekend in Jacksonville house hunting. The hotel was very cozy but also very, very dated. I thought we had a cow printed chair in our hotel room, but it was an old leather chair with the leather flaking off all over the place. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Service at the front desk was great."

"We enjoyed ourselves and thought the house was perfect for our family. We had a very large private top floor. My son had a private room and bathroom on the bottom. My daughter and two kids had two rooms on the middle floor. Kitchen was well equipped and big enough to make our Thanksgiving dinner. Great beach access."

I read enough reviews that I knew exactly what to expect (which fit our needs perfectly!) and then the over-the-top friendly service, meeting Jenny, was a pleasant bonus! She was so welcoming and made our one-night adventure so worth it! Location was perfect, and my 11-year old daughter and I loved the room, treasure hunt and pancakes for this special mother-daughter getaway. She was begging to stay longer. Felt bad I forgot to carry cash...
