"Great stay!"

"The stay was amazing it was just as the pictures stated, the room was beautiful , the service was amazing they opened the doors for us and they just was so polite, the only thing I did not like was at the checkout the lady that checked me out said out loud that you paid with and 3rd party , right in front of my boyfriend who I brought on a surprise trip from Lorain Ohio , I think that she did not need to say that at all because it was very unprofessional. When a person checks out just let them check out and acknowledge any information will be emailed to you , honestly that passed me off and just about ruined my experience . And just a little dust but other than that it was amazing "

"Incredible attention to detail in the decor of this hotel. Very upscale, modern and well kept. The gulded king room was super spacious, automated window coverings and the spacious gymn was the crowning star! multiple venues for eating and play across the street and easy access to publuc parking if you want to save some money. But do note that there is not a charging port at the hotel but there is one within a mile of the hotel."
