"Tru By Hilton is a really nice hotel! If Google reviews has a 4.25 or 4.5, that's what I'd likely rate it. The staff were all incredibly friendly and efficient. The gentleman who checked us in went to so far as to write down my two Hilton accounts and the 800 number so I could merge them.
