"The unit was overall nice, I was a bit let down upon arrival. I arrived later in the evening, the porch light didnt work, the door handle was not completely attached to the door. Upon my arrival inside, it was cold. I will I stayed on one of the coldest days of the year, and the one unit was set to 69 heat, but the other was on 69 cool, so it took some time to room the bedroom up. The bathroom floor lacked insulation and was extremely cold the entire stay. Overall the unit was nice and the host...

"Highly satisfied with this location - the owners are very communicative and this had some of the best amenities we have ever experienced at a location - coffee, snacks, drinks, etc. Everything is fully stocked - kitchen, linens, bathroom products, etc. The suite is beautiful, open with a grand view of historic Eureka. The location is walking distance to the local shops, eateries, etc. Overall, very satisfied and no complaints regarding the visit! "

"Sherwood Cottage is the prime location for any activities near Eureka Springs. The distance to hike locations, Eureka Springs downtown, and really amazing restaurants was great. The cottage was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Patrick the owner gave us a tour of the property prior to letting us stay and was friendly and informative. This place was amazing and if we decided to visit Eureka Springs again. We'll be staying at Sherwood Cottage...

"They thought of everything.. even the quiet machine to lull you to sleep! Very nice stay. Disappointed because I did not get the room I requested (room with heart shape jacuzzi) because we had gone through 3rd party to rent room.. they said if I had gone directly with them for rental I could have gotten it."
