"The perfect hotel on the border of the black forest, stunning scenery, great spa facilities, lovely staff. Easy to access, good roads and parking for car enthusiasts with low cars! Clean rooms with most things you would need (no coffee/tea facilities which was the only negative!). We will definitely be back!"

"We checked in on a Sunday afternoon, there was a note saying where to find a phone to call reception. This was answered straight away. The key to the room was on a board by the phone and I had been told where the room was. The entry for the hotel in the website said there was a restaurant but it was closed. "We really enjoyed our stay here. Just outside of the main street but easy walking distance, making it quiet. Very close to both of the spas. Our room was very large and comfortable. Staff at the front desk were well-informed and always helpful. Sadly, the weather was cold and rainy, but in nice weather, it would have been nice to sit outside on the patio. "

"My experience at their restaurant was so bad that I am considering calling the German authorities to check their kitchen. My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. Since you are dependent on eating here since no other restaurants in the area I can’t recommend this hotel to anybody"
