Overall the hotel was very good. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Strangely there was a coffee pod machine (and some pods supplied) but there was no milk or tea bags in the room. The room lighting was not very bright which made finding things in our luggage a bit challenging at times but that wasn't a problem otherwise. Not having bin liners in the waste bins meant we used the toilet bin for our rubbish to try to keep the room clean. But minor issues aside the property was very good, ideally located and extremely comfortable.

5 star cheap clean good options at breakfast parking available outside hotel if the underground parking is full. Kettle available with tea and coffee, just ask staff. Fridge on every floor with pens and lables.

Did not have control of heating and the pillows could have been more comfortable, otherwsie close to centre, room was clean. Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed staying here so much! The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. The staff was outstanding: always ready to help, always smiling, would go an extra mile for the guests, very professional! The room we stayed in (large with kitchenette) was cozy, pretty, beds were comfortable. Only great things about this hotel!

Room described a sound proofed but it wasn't sound proof at all. In fact earplugs were provided. Room and amenities were great.
