"Morris Inn is an absolutely beautiful and peaceful, quaint place to stay when visiting Notre Dame. Location is perfect. The rooms are clean and fresh, the premises well maintained. This was my second stay at the hotel. However, the overall attitude of the staff did not quite match the level and experience they are striving for. "I booked for February instead of January. I made a separate booking in January at the front desk, outside of Orbitz. The hotel, which got my business at the time I needed it, refused to cancel the Orbitz reservation made mistakenly (by me) for the wrong date. So I paid for two stays when I needed but one. "
