"We loved the space. The views from the house were spectacular. Rinna, house manager was wonderful as well as her staff. I did share a couple of suggested improvements to Rinna. My final suggestion is to revise a “.2 mile walk to the beach”. It was on a winding road and quite steep- one needed a car and it is further than .2 mile. We all had fun. Thank you. We would love to return one day"

"Nice house close to a pretty beach (5 mins by car and 25 minutes on foot), well equipped and nicely decorated. The air conditioning is in the living room only, bedrooms have fans whilst one fan did not work and could not be repaired during our stay. "

It has all of the kitchen amenities possible. We were only a family of four but it could accommodate many more if needed. "Es war die perfekte Ferienwohnung für unseren Urlaub als Familie mit zwei Eltern und zwei Kindern. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Laufnähe zum Strand, Infrastruktur ist in der Nähe. Insbesondere die Gastgeber sind herzlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen wiederzukommen."

"The house, grounds and pool are very nice. It is very close to beautiful beaches. However, there was a major ant infestation in the house, which hopefully, by now, has been addressed. The property manager was great and gave us ant spray but an exterminator was needed. Also, the owner did not mention in the listing that there is a vineyard/winery being build behind the house and loud noise started as early as 7am lasting until around 5pm. "The apartment is very nice, the view is simply breathtaking. The contact with Sardinia Unlimited was very friendly, as well as the on-site reception. The house was clean and well equipped. The furniture is easy but in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. We would like to come back soon! I would also like to thank Rina and Graziella that where very helpful when we needed to know where to go to eat some traditional Sardinian food! Frank."
