"Loved the hotel. The spa facilities were great, especially the early morning access to sauna and steam room as well as the pool. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. A comfortable and enjoyable stay. Loved the area as well. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby with easy links into central London. "

"Hotel was amazing. Before we booked I had communications with the hotel. They responded quickly every time and had good information to make our room decision. The check-in process was easy and they tried to let us check-in early but the room was not ready. They let us drop off our luggage so we could explore around the hotel. After check in they brought out luggage to our room and housekeeping fixed up the sofa bed so my son could use. The hotel was very clean as well as the room. We had a view of the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The location was great. Right beside a tube station and could walk to a lot of places. The bed was a little hard for my wife so she laid on pillows to soften it. They did bring her another pad to lay on but it was not enough. Overall I would highly recommend. "
