"The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the TV cable wasn't working properly. I called the front desk and the best they could do was try to replace the batteries on the Cable remote. Even that didn't happen. I ended unplugging the TV and then plugging again. That reset the the cable programming and then it worked after that. Had I not tried that it would have been tough going to sleep without a working TV."

"There are signs all around that said location was being worked on and apologized for the construction. Which was great. However as a first time visitor I think the staff and the location could take the extra mile and give me the heads ups as well. Especially when my room was located in the same floor as the rest of the construction. There were no signs such as "Closed beyond this point" that I walked past my room without realizing it."

"The place was great. Nice and fancy looking. Clean. Quiet. Parking was alright. Breakfast was alright. Walmart across the street. And a variety of restaurants very close by. Ate at Leo's Mexican food restaurant, recommended. The price, food, and people were all good. The only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't made aware there would be a parking fee and a $20 reimbursable fee that is mandatory just in case you took something and/or something happened to the room. "Very dirty room. Arrived 2 hrs after check in, was in the room 15 minutes total. It had a smell that stuck in your nose. Tub was covered in a lime scale shine, with hair on top of that. No towels or wash rags it. Mattresses had odd orange stains on them that were covered by dirty sheets. TV did not work with remote and there was no channels available on the TV. "Wonders b&b was great she's really good nice and soft bathrooms clean plenty of tiles and supplies breakfast was made by her as you said at the counter talking about things in one's life or her life. Quite present and enjoyable I recommend anybody stay at towanda's b&b in El Paso Texas"
