Our room was not ready by late evening when we arrived. And there was nothing the attendant could do about it. So we had to scramble and secure another reservation elsewhere before midnight. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all.

I travel for work , I stay in hotels atleast 3 times a week, this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in , it was so bad I just left after being in there for 30 minutes.
