"The title of this property states it very well. Perfect indeed. This has been the best place to stay since using VRBO. The house was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice calmness within the house. We were there for a convention and it was just great returning to this property to peace and quiet that allowed us to get the rest we needed to start over the next day. The weather was great which allowed us to use the back patio to eat with a nice view. We will definitely be back the next...

"This is the perfect location to watch the daily balloon launches from the corner. The house was large enough for all of us to be comfy. Ten in total at the most. The mattresses, furniture, and fridge could be updated. However, the hot tub and house overall was fantastic! The owner allowed us to check in an hour or so early due to the fact that we arrived earlier than expected as we were evacuating from Milton. Definitely recommended and may visit again in the future."

"Rustic but really comfortable and fun. It was clean with good amenities. Our grandkids loved the bunk beds and our kids loved the fly fishing. We all loved the gas fire pit and being right on the river. I appreciated the short drive to Walmart to provision, too. Town is a quick 10 minutes away. Guest should be prepared for the very steep stairs between levels-especially the stairs into the basement.
