Amazing stay ! Love this property every time I’m in Chicago.

The room itself is a sanctuary of comfort, complete with a charming terrace and a cozy fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The bathroom boasts impressive water pressure, making for a refreshing shower experience, and the divine bath adds an extra touch of luxury that is hard to resist. The property was right around the corner from the Chicago Theater, which is where we were seeing a show. That was super convenient. The first person we met was Mariam, the front desk receptionist. This was our first stay at a Virgin hotel, so I had a lot of questions. She not only patiently answered everything, but also explained more of the amenities in the building. This included the cafe, restaurant (which includes room service), gym, bar, and more! I was really impressed by the thoroughness to the welcome. While we were there we did come and go. Each time the front desk and also bellmen greeted us! I did not expect this level of customer kindness. I do not always need to be acknowledge when going places, but the staff at the Chicago location really made me feel very comfortable. When I was not sure how to get back to the O'hare airport via taxi, the front desk person took my information and time I needed a ride. They called my room with the description of who to look for when leaving. And the gentleman escorting us to our ride was so polite. I need to also mention, during our stay we did receive room service which was kind enough to take my order over the phone as I was having my personal issues working the TV to order lol. I thank her and the staff for preparing such a delicious meal for us. They came in a timely manner and we were able to indulge before the performance. I would stay there at the Chicago location again! 10/10!
