"Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The morning continental breakfast was good- bagels, cereal, and fruit (apples, oranges or bananas). The spinach cheese croissant was great! There was a large area for eating or just hanging out during the day after breakfast ended. Coffee and water available all day and there was a microwave you could use as well in the breakfast area. Great location to hop on a train or bus. We walked to BU and Northeastern from here."

"Beautiful 5 star hotel with amazing service. There’s a free water shuttle that is fun to take downtown. There’s free parking! It’s also a non-smoking hotel. The gym is awesome. "

"Stayed for three nights. Took advantage of the pool and the breakfast restaurant, as well as the coffee bar. All were excellent. Each floor has an ice/water machine and a coffee machine for complementary coffee. The hot tub at the rooftop pool was a great temp - not too hot. The pool was wonderful and they have a bar and poolside service. There are 2 other restaurants, plus a store that has Amazon AI. You use a credit card to enter, and the AI uses cameras to automatically charge for what you get. No checkout - you just walk out. There is also a full spa. The World Trade Center Silver Line MBTA stop is a 5 minute walk. This place is clean modern, great staff and has everything you will need. I stayed in the Artist Tower, in a compact Studio that was perfect for one person. Great for a stay of a week or less. "

"Great hotel in perfect location. Spacious room with very comfortable bed and lovely shower. The communal kitchen was great for making tea and coffee , all free. The staff were friendly and very efficient, they kindly accepted delivery of a parcel for me in advance of my stay and it was ready for me on arrival. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if visiting Boston again I would stay here without hesitation."
