A spacious, beautifully refurbished, three bedroom house just ten minutes walk from the University of Nottingham and the QMC (Queen's Medical Centre).

The ground floor features a bright and spacious reception & dining area as well as a new fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and integrated appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven.)

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms all equipped with king size bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.

Relax and enjoy your stay in the newly renovated Jasmine Villa. Enjoy morning coffee and toast sitting at the breakfast bar in the newly fitted kitchen. Relax on the luxurious sofas in the lounge while watching the UHD TV and making use of the high speed WiFi. Dine in style at the six seater, ashwood dining table.

As well as the three bedrooms, the first floor also features two shower rooms for maximum convenience.

Bedroom one has the option to split the king size bed into two singles upon request.

Comfortable and clean
Good location for city centre. Kitchen well appointed with nice touch of tea and coffee and provided. Outdoor area with bistro table was handy for enjoying the afternoon sun. Just a couple of miles from Wollerton House and Deer Park, highly recommended for a family day out. I would recommend Jasmine Villa.

This was an absolutely wonderful place. The owner was very communicative and helpful, and the Villa was very comfortable and homey. It had plenty of room for everybody (family of 5) and was well-stocked with amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed, 2 baths made getting out of the house in the morning easier, and everything looked brand new. The little Christmas tree was especially appreciated when traveling over the holidays.
