Een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit huis. Hoewel gedateerd gaat er een enorme charme vanuit. Het huis blijft heerlijk koel in de hitte. Ook het terras is een heerlijke plek op warme dagen.

goed en vriendelijk ontvangst (al spraken wij geen Frans en de verhuurders geen NL/ENG). Een fles verse fruitdrank en enkele Yoghurtjes in de koelkast (vooral de Yoghurt was lekker). Huisje is netjes, alles voldoende voorradig, douche levert voldoende druk en word goed warm. Matras van het bed aan de voorkant van het huis is wel aan vervanging toe, beddengoed was fris uitgewassen. De jongelui in de schuur (jeugdhonk)ernaast waar hieronder over geschreven werd waren er zaterdagavond ook, 1 ervan sprak redelijk Engels, ze waren allemaal vriendelijk en hebben ons nog een biertje aangeboden, wij hebben er helemaal geen last van gehad, ook geen geluidsoverlast.

Aardige eigenaar spreekt alleen Frans. De kachel branden al toen we aan kwamen en kregen een fles wijn en zelfgemaakte yoghurt, erg aardig. Het was een ruime woning en het was er schoon. In de buurt is er niet heel veel te beleven maar dit had ook te maken met de periode waarin we zijn geweest. In de week van oud/nieuw was er veel dicht en er werd helemaal geen vuurwerk af gestoken. Heerlijk rustig dus)

Zeer vlot onthaal, rondleiding en uitleg. Ook extra informatie over winkels in de buurt, naast de uitgebreide toeristische informatie werd nog meteen een extra folder gehaald over wat ons specifiek interesseerde. Accommodatie is groot, proper, alles erop en eraan volledige uitzet keuken, kindergerief, TV,... Omgeving is zeer rustig en landelijk. (op de grens tussen Ardennen en Champagne streek, maar met eerder Ardennen inslag. We zijn hier goed tot rust kunnen komen wandelen in de directe omgeving kan niet enkel landbouwgebied, maar rond Mont Dieu, op 30min met de wagen wel mooie tocht gemaakt.
